Bart Mikitowicz (b. 1979, NY, USA)

Bart is a prolific underground contemporary pop artist and author. His art career started with Care Bears coloring books and vandalism resulting in several arrests before he was sixteen. However, with the help of school, mentors, and pure trial and error, Bart’s style continues to evolve. He is versatile in several mediums and styles including; charcoals, acrylics, watercolors, and graffiti-style art. Thematically, his work is thought-provoking and, on occasion, controversial and divisive. Bart’s goal is to accentuate a space with a sense of awe; aiming to tie a room together with the people coexisting in it.

Hannah E. Mikitowicz (b. 1991, TN, USA)

Hannah is a multi-media artist and musician. Like Bart, Hannah has a wide artistic range including acrylic, oil, and watercolor painting, as well as charcoal drawings. Detailed portraits and sweeping landscapes make up the vast majority of Hannah’s art portfolio. Hannah’s musical roots started with learning the violin in early childhood, building upon classical, bluegrass, and contemporary gospel influences. After meeting Bart and joining The Black & White Wheel, Hannah began diversifying into new genres like alternative rock, pop, and indie, as well as learning different instruments including mandolin, guitar, bass, and others. Hannah is a member of the Honolulu-based band, Sonnet Serenade & Friends.
