Bart & Hannah Mikitowicz

Bart Mikitowicz (b. 1979) was born in upstate New York. He currently lives in Honolulu, Hawaii with his wife. He is a prolific underground contemporary pop artist. His art career started with Care Bears coloring books and vandalism resulting in several arrests before he was sixteen. However, with the help of school, mentors, and pure trial and error his style continues to evolve. He is versatile in several mediums and styles including; charcoals, acrylics, graffiti-styles, and watercolors. Thematically his work is thought-provoking yet seldom controversial and divisive. His goal is to accentuate a space with a sense of awe; aiming to tie both a room together with the people coexisting in it.
